This computerized flat knitting machine is equipped with single carriage and double systems without the takedown device. Digital technology is applied to make the patterns of transfer, tuck, pointel, intarsia, jacquard, apparent shape, hidden shape and other regular patterns.

Stitch selection system	Each cam system is equipped with 4 sets of sophisticated stitch selectors,double-cam system is equipped with 8 sets of stitch selectors, each set of stitch selectors is located on the outer side of the carriage and is convenient for maintenance and troubleshooting.
Feeder system	2x8 feeders are placed on the both side of 4 double-sided guiding rails, switchable anywhere within the stitch area
Sinker system	The yarn pressing force of the sinker is controlled by step motor, parameters can be changed as per yarn specification.
Needle bed racking system	Racking is controlled by AC servo motor. Displace within 2 inches is programmable, every level has 1/4,1/2,3/4 pitch and fine-tune function .
Upper roller	Controlled by program and step motor, with 24 pulling forces available, each force selectable from the keyboard.
Fabric rolling system	Controlled by program and step motor, with 24 pulling forces available, pulling force switchable by computer program
Carriage driving system	By AC servo motor and teethed belt, with 24-level speed options, knitting width programmable.
Automatic Stop	Automatic stop on Yarn break, knot, press off, needle break, no-knit, fabric reverse winding, wrong needle bed displacement, wrong sinker place, needle collision, over feeding, reaching production target
