Our factory specially produce food grade tea bag & coffee filter paper which with good water absorption, excellent air permeability, high tensile strength and nice heat seal performance, suitable for packing tea, coffee, herbs, condiment and other powder/granules products! It is widely used in Constanta, IMA, MAISA, CDMA and other model of automatic teabag packing machines.

1. Basic weight: 16.5gsm,18gsm,21gsm and 23gsm,25gsm,28gsm,etc

2.Roll width: 120mm,125mm,145mm,160mm,485mm etc. this can be produced as customers’ requirements.

3. Inner core: 76mm (3’’)

4.Outer diameter: 450mm-500mm,according to clients' special requirements.

5. The heat seal temperature: 95-115 centigrade degree.
6. Machine: our filter paper can suitable very well on the high speed world famous automatic teabag packing machine. Such as MAISA,IMA C2000, C21, Universal, NF-CDMA, etc.

7.Packing: 2 or 3 rolls in a polybag, then packed in strong carton. If you need, we can also supply plastic film wrapped on wooden pallets.

9. Delivery time: within 15days after receipt the advance.(Depends on client’s order quantity)
10. Payment term: 30%T/T in advance as deposit and balance before shipment
11. Certificate: US FDA issued by SGS, European standard SGS, COC and other Analysis report.
