Application of coal dust dryer

Coal dust dryer working principle:

1.wet material was sent to the hopper by belt conveyor or bucket elevator and through hopper feeding pipe are sent to the inside.

2.adjust the feeding pipe slope so that the wet material can flow smoothly down the cylinderdryer,

dryer cylinder is located in a slope. the material are sent here from higher end and theheat is sent

here from the lower end. thus the material and heat will fully contact.

3.with the rotation of the cylinder, material flow down the lower end because of the gravity force.

4.during the material moving forward in the cylinder, are directly and indirectly dried by the

heater and are sent to the dischage sie by the belt conveyer or spiral conveyer.
