Coal/charcoal/iron powder briquette machine with stable performance

This machine is used to compress the hard moulded dry powder into the round, pillow, square and other shaped briquettes. Equiped with the distributor bin, so the materials can go into the forming room evenly. Thus it can protect the machine and improve the output and quality of the final briquettes.

The materials are some mineral/metal powders. Here is a list of them.

• Coal powder, coke powder, charcoal powder, carbon powder and other mineral powers

Raw materials:

To ensure the quality and forming rate of the productions,size of the materials should be 3mm or below and the mositure is less than 15%. The final briquettes have the advantages of high density, hardness and strength. According to the characteristic of the raw materials, such briquettes are widely used in the refractory, power plant and other industries.

The rollers is the main part of the forming room, which is made of 9Cr2Mo/65#Mn and through heat treatment, our roller serve very long application life.
