About CO₂Gas Plants

We design and supply CO₂gas plants that are based on various fuels, CO₂extraction and recovery plants. We export plants based on liquid fuels and natural gases. For places and countries where liquid fuel/ natural gases are costly, we make the plants on bio-mass. At S S Gas Lab, we have developed plants running on Biomasses as we have perfected technology to extract CO₂from bio-mass.
Our wealth from waste plants are based on recovery from boiler flue gases, Fermenter off gases, fertilizer plant flue gas, chemical reaction by product capture etc.
The biomass gas plants can be designed in the different capacities ranging from 50 kg per hour to 500 kg. per hour. The capacities depend on the available input and can also be customized according to client’s requirement. Other fuel options to run the plant include waste hard coke, net coke, breeze boke and perl coke.
The CO2 gas plants are designed to utilize industrial by-products as their raw materials.
The gas produced is of the best quality and it is guaranteed to be food grade in all cases. As far as cost is concerned, plants are cost-effective in running apart from investment required to install the plant.

The Process :

CO2 GENERATION PLANTS :

Any carbonaceous fuel can be used to obtain CO2 gas, Light fuel oil or gas or coke is burnt under controlled conditions, in order to obtain high concentration of CO2 and low oxygen content in the combustion to be produced.
Our plant uses a modernized process by which CO2 ofhigh purity and food quality can be obtained. We have introduced latest automatic control equipment and our plants are easy to operate and require very little maintenance.
The CO2 containing combustion gases pass through a pre-cleaning stage and are brought into contact with solvent which absorbs CO2. Afterwards the CO2-gas is desorbed from this solution and compressed to required pressure using special compressors. This is followed by cleaning, drying and final cleaning stages of the CO2-gas which is then liquefied and filled and in a storage tank.
Our system incorporates modular design. In standard-sized plants, the combustion and desorption, the absorption and wash-columns, the compressor station, the cleaning and drying station, as well as the refrigeration plant are separate unit.
Storage-tank system with the CO2 evaporator and/or liquid CO2-pumps, cooling tower, etc. dry ice machine etc. are additional piece of equipments.
