CNC Hydraulic Plate Punching Marking Drilling Machine

1. C frame with great rigidity.

2. Three die positions can be exchanged automatically.

3. Workpiece supported by working table with rolling balls, less grip resistance.

4. X and Y axis are driven by servo motor and ball screw.

5. The punching position is controlled by two axes CNC, the processing data can be input into the controlling system and the processing can be done automatically, the data inputted can be repeatedly used automatically.

6.PPD Equipped with Drilling Unit.

The machine is used for punching marking drilling of connection plate on power-transmission tower and steel structure industries.

Machine Features:
*Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems well integrated, PLC control, servo motor infeeding;
*Modular assembling for main functional components, easy maintenance, and self-diagnostic function;
*Drilling, punching and marking can be fulfilled on one plate with less labour force and stable precision.
*As to programming, either input data manually with free modification, or done directly by CAD or CAXA to program automatically.

*Easy programming, may input the diameter of holes, position and the quantity of work piece to computer, and also may use the program generated by lofting software, or adopt direct conversion CAD/CAM.

*Drilling unit has the functions including rapid falling, slow work-feeding and quick feeding back to improve working efficiency.

*The X & Y axis are driven by servo motor, ballscrew and linear guide, which ensure the high precision.

*With self-diagnosis failures function.
