Functions of C08 B
1. The controller is a mix of program system, stepping driving, high frequency power, electric appliance. It has integrated design so that improved the working environment for the electrical components which has through independent routine test, the cabinet is more reliable.
2. It is convenient to connect the controller cabinet and machine tools, simplified the assembly, saves the cost, improved production efficiency.
3. The cabinet is widely used .Suitable for: double three clap, five-phase ten-step, three-phase six-step , taper, straight, YH computer control etc.
4. Inverter control .Input three-phase AC 380V. If use single-phase AC 220V, do not need to change the wire transport motor (JW series three-phase asynchronous motor), as long as change the motor from Y shape connect to triangle and use single-phase pump.
5. wire motor speed adjustable .
6. Auto-start wire protection when high frequency power is put on, when the frequency switching off, the protection will be cancelled, therefore , no other switch is needed.
7. No switch is needed when the controller is doing centering.
