1.FRAME

Automatic welding machine for circular seam consists of: head, bed, tailstock, gun mount, mobile systems and automatic welding power supply component.
2.Positioning way

positioning the workpiece from the first by bracket, Spindle with chuck or fixture clamping, pneumatic tailstock top tight assembly.
3.Welding method

rotating head driven the workpiece rotating,supporting a lifting body and welding oscillator, to achieve multi-swing welding.
4.Control system

PLC + Touch industrial way,the system is especially suitable for automatic multi-layer welding process, welding parameters for each layer and enhancement height between layers can be preset and automatically switches between the lower layer of the welding parameters.
5.Application

The device, choosing a single gun or double gun mode achieves swinging multi-ring weld seam. Applied to hydraulic cylinders, car direction frame, shaft, pump storage, chemical and medical containers, gas cans, fire equipment, mining and production lines with a roller and the reservoir liquid products such as welded tube.
