CIP cleaning system

1.Three tanks: Water tank,Acid liquid tank,Alkali liquid tank.

2.This is another kind CIP system, Acid and Alkali is in one tank, but separated in middle,just like above picture.

3.There are barrels used to put strong acid and alkali. It is convenient to move.

4.The strong acid and alkali will be combine with water to rated proportion and rated temperature, then pumps will send it to wash machines.

There are many valves and elbows ,used to change directions ,wash different equipments.

5.Also there is a ladder,which is convenient for workers to check the running situation when need.
