CIP cleaning in place system

Clean-in-place (CIP)

CIP equipment is used to clean at site of piping system of beverage production line and equipment for filling juice, milk, beverage, beer and etc. There are three cleaning sections: acid cleaning, alkali cleaning, hot water cleaning.

A centrifugal pump is used in CIP to convey cleaning liquid into piping system and to drive the clean liquid to circulate to make cleaning without taking apart pipes or equipments.

The application of the equipment must be combined with the equipment of the workshop pipe collocation and rinsing cap.
