Working principle:

The working principle of filter cartridge filter are as follows: dust gas by ash bucket (or lower open flange) into the filter chamber, a coarse particle directly into ash bucket or ash bin, dust gas by filter cartridge filter, dust detention in filter cartridge surface, fresh air after pocket to net gas chamber, by induced draft fan is vented to atmosphere. Installation requirements:

1, housing and ash bucket by positioning bolt locking, leveling, site welding, welding shall not leak.

2, air bag pulse valve and connection between tube not leak.

3, filter cartridge installation

First open the side cover, remove the spray torch, take filter cartridge tongue, will filter cartridge through the skeleton fixed into the filter chamber; Then will filter cartridge clingy embedded in the flower plate hole, tighten the bottom fixed bolt, make the filter cartridge closely in flower board; To check TongKou and flower plate hole sealing; Finally the spray torch mount, adjust the spray torch make injection hole alignment filter pocket center, fixed spray torch on the nut, the cover plate.

Maintenance management requirements:

1, make the maintenance management system on duty, on duty personnel should record operation. Always check the electric control soot cleaning device operation is normal or not, if necessary, adjust soot cleaning time, to ensure the soot cleaning efficiency.

2, regular check compressed air system operation is normal or not, the air source pressure is stable, whether meet the requirements (0.3-0.4 kg).

3, at any time to observe dust emission concentration, such as the discovery of take ash, should be timely check filter cartridge damage situation and the filter chamber seal, plugging leakage pore, update filter cartridge.

4, dust collector stop prior to filter cartridge soot cleaning time, remove the filter cartridge of soot formation.
