Fibre cement board machine Equipment Instruction:

1.Unloading car 3 units works in the last sections of the production line ,pulled by labor ,

carrying boards or panels produced from the production line to Conservation Area .

2. Using The Moving Small Forklift to carry the conservated boards/panels to finished product

workshop .Carring Equipment :Moving Small Forklift .

3. Cleaner (Hight Pressure clearner ) is to clear the equipment after equipment has been turned off .

4. Special Tools Includes Ordinary Wrench,Hammer,Ruler Box .

5. Anti-corrosive Pump is to pump liquid chloride water from the storage pool to mixer .

6. Automatic Mixer has been remarked in the Machine Drawing .

7.Saw Bench is to precut the finished boards/panels into pre-designed size ,installed between Product Conservation Area and Finished Product Area .

8. Moving Van is placed below the Automatic Mixer ,carrying the mixed raw material to the right place .

9. Chloride water reflection pool need one mixer .Usually customer will prepare it themselves ,but

seller is willing to help if customer have special requirements .
