Round vibrating screen machine working principal

The basic principle ofround vibration screening machinefilter is the heavy hammer (unbalanced heavy hammer) installed in the electrical axis transform the motor’s rotary motion into horizontal, vertical, tilt motion (three-D movement) , then this movement passed to the screen surface. Adjusting the upper and lower ends of heavy hammer’s phase angle can change the trajectories of materials on the screen surface.

1. Up to 5 times output compared than common sieving machine

3. Sieving efficiency is as high as 90% -95%.

4. When using the silicone rubber balls, ultrasonic and other high-performance mesh- cleaning device system, the sieve hole will not be blocked.

5. Enclosed cleaning dust, safe operation; the acceleration is 4.5 times lower than common vibrating screen.

6. Noise <75 dB. Re-operation is balanced, ground-based dynamic load is low.
