Our factory manufactures two types of the continuous roll casters: the horizontal continuous roll caster and the tilting continuous roll caster . In according with the different installed levels, the roll caster can be equipped with optimum melting furnace,holding furnace,degasser and filter ,metal level control system, roll surface spray system and closed loop cooling water system to meet the production process.
Possessing rich experience for design ,manufacture ,installation and commissioning of the roll caster, our company devotes adequate time to improve the operation levels and production process of the roll caster to ensure the continuous and reliable production.
Main technical specification:

Our company can independently design, manufacture, install and commission continuous casters of various specifications. The advanced and mature technology can ensure the caster to be put into production within shortest possible time. The twin-roll continuous caster manufactured by Zhuoshen Ltd. can produce continuously cast strip of thickness 6~10mm and width 1800mm max. With the rolling speed up to 900~2000mm/min, and the designed rolling speed 3000mm/min max. The control system mainly adopts a full digital thyristor DC adjustable-speed technology withthe characteristics of low investment and short production cycle. In November, 2008, the two sets of 2100mm continuous caster exported to South Africa get through the user’s final acceptance successfully. It marks that the continuous caster manufactured by Shixin Ltd. has reached the world-class level.
