Requirements of raw material

1.Raw material: any kind of biomass material which can be wood, sawdust, rice husk peanut sheel , bamboo , etc.

2.Diameter of raw material: most suitable diameter is 3-5mm

3.Moisture content of raw material: most suitable moisture is 8-15%

Part A: Crushing process

If the diameter of your raw materials is less than 50mm, then you can use one set of hammer mill to reduce the size of your materials to 3-5 mm for supporting to produce pellets.

Part B :Drying process

The suitable moisture content of raw materil is about 8-12%

Part C: Pelleting process

Using the rotating roller type pellet machine with speed of shaft about 60-70rpm to compress the prepared raw material to get the final pellets which have high density, quality and fuel value.

Part D: Cooling and screening process

Using the cooler to low the temperature of the pellets, and then you can pack them directly and can save man power. The cooler connected with the dust collector which can screen the dust and get the final purest pellets.
