2The silica sand rotary dryer mainly used for drying the chemical, miners, metallurgical and other fields, such as ore, slag, coal, metal powder, clay, diatomite,kaolin.

3 It also can apply on Agriculture, feed, fertilizer industry, such as straw, grasses, leaves, wood chip, fish meal, corn sauce,starch slag,organic compound fertilizer, sludge, aquatic products, food wastes, slaughterhouses waste,organic fertilizer, and inorganic phosphate fertilizer, ammonium sulfur.

Operation Principle of sand rotary dryer

1 Dryer machine adopts direct flow type of heating with heat soure from stove.

2 The material is conveyed into dryer machine cylinder from the feeding chute. Due to the dryer machine is

installed in slope,material flows to the back end under the function of gravity and rotation force.

3 Meanwhile, it is lifted and thrown down repeatly by the dryer machine lifting plate which make the material form

even curtain, and exchange heat sufficiently with heat flow. finally ,the moisture inside of the material are evaporated .

1 if final moisture cant reach our standard ,how should i do ?

About this question, Here our technician will reply to you :during the drying process, at the begaining of drying,

the drying effect can t reach your standard, you can adjust the moisture by adjust the air inlet quantities ,

heat by fan and fuel.

2 How can i detect the temprature inside of silica sand rotary dryer ?
