Performance Feature:

1) Our laminated glass autoclave has passed CE test and got CE certificate. We are the only one company passed CE test of this kind of glass machinery. Our machines meet international standard.

2)Patent heating system. Our laminated glass autoclave adopts patent heating system, the turbo blower could take the hot air through the laminated glass furnace stable and continuously. Hot air circulation, in forced convection, which makes the temperature in the kiln rise up quickly and evenly. It will save about 50% energy consumption than any other similar products.

3)Intelligent PLC, digital voltmeter and vacuum mater, computerized, ensuring accurate heating time and temperature. All the program could be completed automatically. Heating time and temperature could be adjusted to the glass thickness. The work situation could be watched through the touch screen. It makes the production yield of the tempered glass laminating machinereaches 99%.

4)Insulation interlayer adopts 6-10cm thick new material, which is environment friendly and high temperature resistance, it could stand 1000 °C . Besides, it also makes the machine durable and ensures excellent warm-keeping effect.

5)Excellent vacuum system. The New PVB laminated glass autoclave adopts famous brand vacuum pump, such as ABB. The silicone bags of the autoclave are imported from USA, it features high temperature resistance, high tensile strength, good sealing, anti-aging,etc. It could be used for 4 years in normal condition.

6)High quality spare parts. All the spare parts are purchased from famous suppliers. Such as: PLC adopts DELIXI, vacuum pump adopts ABB, etc.
