Performance features

1) Our laminated glass equipment can be used to produce laminated architectural glass, bullet-resistant glass, tempered laminated glass, arched laminated glass, solar PV panel/LED laminated glass, conduction glass. The furnace can be used to produce artistic glass sandwiched with flower, silk,cloth, pattern, phot, etc.

2) The laminated glass equipment adopts patented heating system, the turbo blower keeps the hot air circulated stably and continuously through the furnace. Comparing with the same product from other factory, the energy saving reaches up to above 50% and its life-time extends 3-5 times.

3) The laminated glass furnace can process architectural laminated glass with the interlayer TPU/new PVB/EVA film.

4) The vacuum pump is famous brand. It can run continuously 24 hours without stop. While the efficiency is improved, the laminated glass quality is guaranteed.

5) The warm-keeping system is designed without any gap which not only keeps the glass hih quality but also saves energy consumption.

6) The equipment is controlled by PLC. The time and temperature can be adjusted randomly according to the glass thickness, ensuring the pass rate more than 99%.

7) Our furnace can work with the power supply of 220v-440v. It is adjustable based on your special requirement.

8) The furnace can process 84 square meters safety laminated glass per batch.
