Designed to get, BEVERAGE GRADE CO₂AS PER ISBT STANDARDS FROM raw CO₂gas from distillery process. The Foam trap separates foam and removal of sugar aerosols by internal water spraying system. The water scrubber removes water soluble impurities (mainly alcohol & ketones).

Gas Balloon works as a buffer for the CO₂compressor. The CO₂GAS compressor is non-lubricated, two-step compression with gas cooling and water separation. High pressure water scrubber effectively removes organics such as alcohols, acetaldehyde and acetates to a low level.

Activated carbon filter removes odors (hydrophobic flavour components). Dehydrator removes moisture from CO₂(to a level less then 10 ppm). The Stripper column reduces the oxygen and inert gases to very low level (<2ppm). High efficiency liquefier liquefies the CO₂gas. NO₂removal tower absorbs harmful NO₂to make a high quality product which can now be stored in Liquid CO₂storage tank . Now it can be used by filling cylinders, making dry ice or loading of the mobile tankers or vaporized in the vaporizerers for use in the further process.
