Ningbo Tianwei Machinery Manufacturing Co.,Ltd, established in 2007, locates in Ningbo, the prosperous coastal city in east China, which boasts China’s second largest port—Beilun Port. It boasts convenient transportation, 10km from Beilun port, 7km to airport, 9km to train station and only 2km to highway.

The company covers an area of 6000sqm, and still has more than 10000sqm’s room for further expansion. It expanded with real substantial and strong steps in area of finance and capacity.

The main company now has 90 employees, 15 of them are senior engineers or engineers. The company equipped 52 advanced facilities, including CNC, NC lathes, NC millings, vertical drilling,boring and grinding machines. It also has first-class test equipments, such as CMM, magnetic particle inspection machine and hardness tester.

In addition to these advanced equipments, the company equipped itself with advanced quality management system. It passed ISO/TS16949:2009 and ISO9001:2008 quality certification in 2009.

We invested another machining company Ningbo Eastern Machinery Co. Ltd --- which can be our another manufacturing base, the result is our capacity can be doubled.

Our strong manufacturing practice also reflected in our advanced technology in process and product development, it can produce, according to the drawings offered by clients, kinds of products meeting different requirements in material(such as carbon steel, s/s steel, ductile, iron and plastic etc.), specification and process, including various castings, forgings, machinings and injection parts.

We cooperated with HUAXIA company for silica sol casting, RONGSHEN company for water glass casting, PINGRONG company for resin sand casting, and NINGBO QIUTIE company for ductile iron casting. We partially invested in these companies, they will take our needs precedence over others.

And to raw material purchase, we cooperated with XINYAOHUA, BAOSTEEL, SHANGHAI STEEL, they all passed PED certification.

All these parts are applied to autos, marine cylinders, mining machines and other engineering machinery, with the market covers North America and Europe. Now the company’s main customers are ITT(USA),ATI(USA),SIEMENS(GER),HYDRAULIC TECH and so on. Besides, we have cooperated with DOVER in samples, which have been approved.
