Since its foundation in 2004

Qufu ChongDe has successfully developed collet chucks, CNC tools and other accessories with high accuracy high precision and high speed, such as ER collets (5μ/8μ),SK collets(5μ), EOC(OZ) collets (10μ/5μ), C-straight collets(10μ/5μ) and BT,SK(DIN69871),NT,CAT,HSK,ISO taper shank collet chucks, cutter head,pull stud,nut,face mill as well as other precision accessories,

Now, there are 210 workers in the company, including 57 technologists with university education,

the area of the workshop is over 5000 CMB,and build ER collets(5μ/8μ) SK collets (5μ)production line,

High speed and pre-balance chuck production line(G2.5,20000-50000 ound/min, Comprehensive precision above 2μ, including BT, SK, HSK, CAT, ISO etc ) , nuts and non-standard products line.

Collets production capability is 70000 pcs/month, and chuck production capability is 10000 pcs/month, the annual output is over 50 million Dollars.

Besides, QuFu ChongDe also build coating processing workshop, and have ability to process coating with Titanium and Nickel

QuFu ChongDe further improve inspection level by using advanced inspection tools, such as shank measurement instrument, Two-dimensional projector,pneumatic measuring instrument, HAI MER Tool Dynamic Balancing Machine and DIEBOLD standard shank inspection machine which are made in Germany,Dorian Super Pre-setter which is made in USA etc,

so each product shipped out can meet the demands of the customers.
