Taper ground to AT3 or better to ensure 80% taper contact

Nickel Chrome 4140 alloy body

h6 precision ground pilot for concentric and repeatable mounting diameter

Surface ground to maintain .0002 or better perpendicularity to centerline ensuring flat
engagement of cutting tool

1/8, 1/4 , 3/8 and 1/2 inch ground arbor spacers included with every holder for flexibility

Heat treated and coated nickel chrome nut prevents wear and increases clamping pressure
