Application:
For baked goods, such as biscuits, crackers, cakes, etc. For chocolate products. For many other staple and luxury consumer goods. For all kinds of non-food articles. Reel diameter: max 300mm. Core diameter:70mm or 3 in. Sealing agent on inner side of reel, print on outer side of reel.

Wrapping material:
Heat sealing or cold sealing wrapping materials( Thermolacquered, coated, etc.), such as cellulose film, polypropylene, paper, aluminiumfoil and laminates.

Operating principle:
The wrapping material from reel is applied in continuous sleeve fashion around the product and the longitudinal seam finsealed and holded down; gentle product treatment.
Then the cross seams are sealed-minimum wrapping material consumption.
Output is infinitely variable in range of 20 and 60pack/min.
Other output ranges can also be supplied.

High quality regi-mark control system corrects regi-mark position error on every cycle even during acceleration and deceleration.
This result in fewer rewraps and less wasted film.
