Ring die of sawdust (not crushed) compression ratio:

1. Sawdust’s raw material : The rosewood floor, composite floor, fir 1:4. 5

2. Sawdust’s raw material : camphorwood, pine, pinus tabulaeformis,dauglas fir 1 ~ 5.5

3. Sawdust’s raw material : Rubber wood and hard wood 1:5.5

4. Sawdust’s raw material : Larch and spruce 1:6 ~ 1:6. 5

Working Principle( rice husk pelleting mill machine)

Raw materials with water content no greater than 15% enter into screw feeder through hopper, through adjusting the rotational speed of screw feeder axis to obtain the suitable flow of material, the security magnets remove the magnetic impurity mingling with supplies, then through the enforced feeder, enter the pressing room to pelletize finally.

SCY Drum Pellet Material Cleaner

It is available for sieve impurities and waste, such as straw, wheat straw, hemp rope, paper serap, soil block, corn leaves, corn cobs,etc. It is used in the receiving raw material process before drying process.

Belt conveyor-a continuous conveyor

With transmission capacity, transmission distance is long, operation and maintenance convenience, smooth and reliable,no noise, low power consumption etc. It is used for transport raw materials in the whole production course.
