Glue spreading, laminating, drying and winding can be once continuously completed.

Main power of machine winding adopts the variable frequency control system made in Taida Company, Taiwan Province, adjustable stepless speed ,convenience for adjustment, high precision and constant moment winding.

Auto control temperature and digital display length counting.

The paperboard unwinding adopts hydraulic auto unwinding, the pneumatic controller can control paper unwinding tension via constant tension, PET film unwinding and the tension adopts magnetic powder brake constant tension control. The heating box adopts under side radiation heating, upper side hot air internal recycling and the waste air is exhausted to outside with blower. The drier cover adopts pneumatic opening & closing.

Set up water cooling roller to ensure the lamination quality.

Offer integral movable winding frame and hydraulic auto unloading roll device.
