Introduction of pipe dryer

For raw materials with heavy humidity which is above 12%, you need to install a dryer before further processing.

This Air Current Type dryer can reduce the humidity of wood materials below 12% per time. The Cost of this Air Current dryer

is much lower than Rotary dryer. It is professionally designed for drying different kinds of wood sawdust. It has advantages of low cost,

low consumption, high capacity, easy operation and maintenance, etc. In addition, the round places of pipes can be changed to any angle which can save space and solve plant dimension limitation.

Application

Particular material as rice shell, saw dust, and ground wood chip, tree branch, wood bits, etc,.(Diameter is less than 3mm; Length, 5mm)

Working principle

1. After installation, start the blower, check the direction it runs and see if the suction at the material inlet is normal.

2. Tie up a bag whose both ends are open around the outlet of the dust catcher.

3.Feed the material to be dried to the hopper. Remove large grain in the material before drying, which will benefit drying speed.

4. Put fuel into the furnace and light it, start the blower. When the air temprature at the outlet of the blower get to 100°C, begin feeding and drying.

5.Large piece of the material at dregs-outlet must be removed, which is favourable to feeding.
