4. Roughing:Gold Sluice Box

Most alluvial gold mine are using Sluice for roughing. Fine gold are using gold concentrator.

Fixed Sluice

Fixed sluice are simple design, no need for power, big capacity, for coarse granule, big concentration ratio, easy maintain and easy use. But high strength work are for sluice cleaning. Fixed Sluice can do nothing for fine gold. Generally, fixed sluice gold recover rate is lower than 50%.

Fluctuate Sluice

Due to high recover rate and low price, fluctuate sluice is more and more popular in gold mining market. More and more gold mining company disuse old fixed sluice, and buy fluctuate sluice.

STL Concentrator is a copy of Knelson Concentrator. It is not only used in placer gold mining, but also in hard rock mining to recover the natural gold, replacing amalgamation. It is also used to recover gold from the old tailings.

Our gold concentrator is a copy of Knelson Type concentrator. We have 5 models. Application shows that the recovery can be as high as 99%, especially for natural gold in lode ore with 65% milling size of 0.074mm, the recovery for the natural gold is expected up to 98%. For natural gold of 0.004mm in particle size, the recovery is 97%.

The cleaning up cycle is 1~4 hours. And the upgrade ratio is up to 1,000 times.
