Linear Vibration Screen

linear vibrating screen can be used universally for test screening or to produce between 2 and 4 screen fractions.Wet or friable dry material in a gentle linear vibratory action. Acts as a conveyor whilst sieving the product.

1.Main structure

SZF series linear vibrating screen are mainly composed of a screen box, a frame,vibration motors and bearing set.

1.Screen box: mainly made of Q235 steel plate by welding.

2.Frame: wooden structure(customers prepare the screen cloth, we can assemble them as per customers)

3.Vibration motor: YZS series made in china, by adjusting eccentric blocks at the ends of motor to meet the different vibration amplitude on the request.

4. Bearing set:Consist of table frame (welded by the channel) and supporting spring.Tilt angle of screen clothrealized by changing the height of the bearing.

2.Working principle

SZF series linear vibrating screen use the vibration motor installed at the bottom of it as vibration source. When working, the two motors spin in opposite directions, the eccentric blocks at the ends of motor produce vibration force. Under the action of vibration force, the screen box which supported on the four compression spring produces a continuous linear vibration. In the process of the movement, the materials do the projectile motion and keep going in a straight line at the same time. The materials enter into the feed port,go through the multilayer screen cloth, then different size of materials was separated out from different outlet.
