Application:
The corrugated steel tank forming and welding line is special equipment for sealed and maintenance -free transformer oil tank manufacturing.

(2). Automatic circulatory operation after the related parameters have been input.
(3). Hydraulic drive for expanding and contracting of the unwinding mandrel and pressing of coil.
(4). High precision servo hydraulic corrugation former guarantees very high geometric precision of the corrugated steel sheets. Shearing, forming and hem folding of corrugated sheets are finished in one step.
(5). Automatic positioning and clamping for welding of edge seams and reinforce sticks. High performance automatic welding machine guarantees the smooth surface and artistic appearance of the welding seams.
