Features:

1. This production line is composed of a main automatic NC spray paint machine which can paint 6 sides, many sets of IR Oven, a UV solidifying machine and two conveyors.

2. 200-250 suit door/8 hours.

3. Equipped with air purification system, five-axis motor, automatic turnover mechanism, touching digital computer machine and automatic detecting machine.

4. Process: The door is painted in the automatic NC spray painting machine. Then the door will be sent to the IR oven machine. If the above steps were finished, the door will be transported to the 12 meters UV solidifying machine in order to drying and then it can be off the production line.

Two ordinary workers are putting the door on the machine.
