As for our IG unit production line, we have three proposals,

Picture 1) Super proposal, the whole line is automatic running except spacer attaching, cost a little high with high efficient and energy saving, it can do 800-900pcs of IG unit per 8 hours, it can also do triple glass unit. It is good choice for the coutry where the salary is very high.

Picture2) Advanced proposal, the whole line is automatic running, except spacer attaching and glass sealant. It cost about 50% of the super proposal line. It work fast with 500-600pcs of IG unit per 8 hours, it can also do triple glass unit. This line is suitable for most countries.

Picture3) Primary proposal, is an economic choice; the whole line is done by manual except the automatic insulating glass machine. It cost about 30% of the super proposal line. It can do 300-400 pcs of IG unit per 8 hours. This line is suitable for the area where the worker's salary is very low.

This Double Glazing Insulated Glass machine is composed of glass loading section, washing and drying section, and light inspection section, spacer bar attaching section, out-panel assembly section, panel press section and lifting table. With special design, it can wash Low-E glass effectively with high speed.

A.Three pair of brushes is well known for its fine quality and durable in use. They can wash Low-E glass.

B.Automatically distinguish the coating side of coated glass and Low-E glass.

C.Adopt waterproof bearing without oil lubricant, SKF brand import from Sweden.

D.The washing body adopts stainless steel and anti-rusting materials.

E.The PLC and other electric elements adopt OMRON brand, import from Japan.

1. Discern coated glass and the membrane surface of Low-E glass by its own, and digital play.

2. Static state put glass when add glass material, ensure safety in production.

3. Washing and drying section is made of stainless steel and anti-rusting materials ,it can be waterproof, secure and healthy, also having long using life.

4. Three pair of brushes, one pair with hard brushes which can leave away the glass when wash Low-glass; while the other two pair is soft brushes, which can wash Low-E glass and won't break the coating.

5. The bearing takes famous brand SKF, which smooth with oilless lubricant. In this case it will keep water free from oil and keep water clean.

6. Adopt low-voltage electric apparatus component, the sensor, PLC, whole process automatically control machinery.

7. Treat the surface of plate guard through baking paint, powder coated. Appearance beautiful and wears well.

8. The dry part use circulation hot wind that ensure the dry effect for glass and reduce the noise.
