QF−AFG series Automatic folder gluer machine consists of three sections : vacuum feeding section ,glu& folding section, counter &stacker section. Frequency conversion motor with quality inverter adjust speed. PLC& Tounch control system for easy operation and running stable . Average speed 150 sheets/min . Energy Conservation and High Speed, Saving Labor Cost .
Feeding section
Vacuum suction feeding to feed warping paperboard easily.
Quality electromagnetic clutch and brake adopted, feeding section controlled independent ,operation easily.
Scorer wheel is adjustable, suit for 2-8 mm thick paperboard.
Second creasing structure can impress again the paperboard which was not creased well.
Glue &Folding section
Simple structure and high reliability , glue quality adjustable, cleaning easily .
Stainless steel glue wheel adopted, long life and saving glue cost
