Flash dryer is an important equipment in screen printing, especially in T-shirt screen printing industry. Based on the needs of customers and market, our company R&D this ASC3100 auto rotary far-infrared flash dryer with intelligent control. It overcomes the shortcomings of traditional tunnel dryer. It is equipped with auto rotary drying table, flash dryer and the intelligent control system.

Main features

1. Intelligent control of temperature and time This machine is equipped with intelligent temp and time control system, which makes it easy for the customer to adjust related parameters in accordance with their own needs. It will work precisely according to your set. When you use it once more, it will repeat former setting. If you need to change temp and time, easily sets again.
Time setting range is 0-999 sec
Temp setting range is 32F-572F (0-300°C)

2. Auto rotary drying table structure It is equipped with six drying table. Turn on the power, and then the drying table will automatically rotate under the flash dryer with angle of 60 degrees. Once arrives the set time, it will automatically rotate again.
Drying table area: 17.7"x23.6" (45x60cm)

3. Small volume, light weight, detachability, easy installation and convenient transportation
Its actual operating space is equal with a circle of 2 meters in diameter, only 3.14 square meters; total weight is 145 kilograms; divided into four parts for separate packing before shipment. Every case is controlled less than 66Lb (30 kg) with only 0.48 cubic meters of space, which is safer and more suitable for long-distance transportation; besides, it can save more shipping cost for buyer. It can be easily installed by reference of our installation video using matched installing tools without qualified installation personnel.

4. Rational construction, easy and safe operation, small power consumption, reasonable price and labor saving.
Its heating element is exposed of six far-infrared heating tubes (500W of each) with 3000W total. The highest temp of 1.2" (3 cm) below the Main Case can reach 572°F (300°C); The total power of the meter and transmission part is 100W, which consumes only 15-20% of the tunnel dryer.
Comparing with traditional tunnel dryer, its rational structure and exquisite design brings the same functions and effects but demands less materials. It's cheaper, as the total price is only occupies 30-40% of tunnel dryer.

Reference data: Based on our testing, in the condition of 75°F (24°C) room temperature and no air flowing around the dryer, the set temperature and the actual temperature of 1.2" (3cm) below the Main Case is —
