1. Detailed Product Description of Rotary Screen

It is a kind of combined gold mining machine , designed especially for clayed soil which is contained in the raw material, includes sieving, separating through trammel, sluice and extraction gold progress. It is with wheel type chassis, can be driven by vehicles and move easily.

2. Rotary Screen Features and Benefits:

1. The diesel engine will be started automatically by the storage battery and the starter button. Simply push the button, the diesel starts automatically.

4. Overview

Using excavator to feed raw material to the hopper ,then, they flow into double trommel, big stones and pebble can be separated and flow outside of the equipment, mineral aggregate with gold whose diameter is less than 6mm(screen mesh size)can enter into the beneficiation sluice through inner trommel screen, there is a fixed and high extraction ratio gold felt sluice in one side of the beneficiation sluice to extract gold particle.

The machine is equipped with big flow capacity and big head water pump, can supply high pressure water for hopper, trommel, the mineral aggregate with gold will flow through the gold felt in the effect of self weight and water power, lighter mud or sand will be washed away and big specific gravity gold is left on the gold felt.

Equipment chassis: double grider frame steering wheel—main load wheel

Flush water pipeline: water pump—water pipeline in hopper—pipelines outside and inside of the trommel.
