1. The cutter is designed with fine teeth. γp=15°, γf=5°.

2. The inserts of the cutter are fixed in the holders and front clamped by the wedges and located and adjustable axially.

3.This cutter has two types and finishing. The roughing cutter has Kr=88° and chamfered square inserts.

As a result, the surface roughness can reach to Ra3.2 Ra1.6 finishing cutter has Kr=90° and inserts which have the

circle are blades, so the surface roughness can sonsistently reach to Ra1.6 or over.
