2. Configuration & function

Assembled with automatic feeder, pre-treatment, 6color( Options for 6color/7color/8 color ) chromatography and UV curing.

Additional glazing and thermocuring in special case.

1)Automatic feederWorkpiece is feeded one by one through the segregator working automatically.

2)Pre-treatmentAfter conora pre-treatment, printing ink is sticked on surface of polyolefin plastic equably. (failure to actuate when workpiece miss).

3)Printing

Machine adopts 6 printing cell, every cell comprise^

A)By open structure, The machine is convenient to operate or clean.

B)Printing ink adjust by PLC controller.

C)Printing ink system adopts infinitely variable controller.

D)You can adjust the ink quantity when machine operating.

E)There is a adjuster on the printing forme roller. You can adjust the printing plate accurately.

F)When workpiece is missing, the back off system of printing cylinder prevents printing ink polluting the printing model head to contaminate the inside of workpiece

4) UV curing

It has been adopted particular reflector, cooling system and ozone system. There is no workpiece, the lamp house switch off automatically.

5)Glazing Glazing

device adopts a appropriative electromotor, it also can render the surface of metallic tube.

6)Thermocuring

The lamp house can keep temperature about 80~230degree for different production thermocuring.

7)Control

circuit Low-tension circuit or PLC controller can be present according to requirement. Fast chopper unit will be installed as occasion requires
