Performance characteristics

1.TH-40S fine stone concrete pump can achieve long-range and high-level pumping for mortar, fine aggregate concrete and foam concrete.

2.Advanced S pipe valve distribution valve for seal, and the structure is simple and reliable.Eye plate and floating cutting ring adopt carbide, good wear resistance, long life, easy to replace, and cutting ring can automatically compensate for the gap structure.

3. The hydraulic system adopts electric control reversing system and constant power plunger pump to guarantee high reliability and long service time; oil tank is equipped with coarse filter for oil-absorption and refined filter for oil return to ensure the cleanness of oil.

4. Electrical system includes programmable controller from Japan Omron and ACcontactors and push button switches and other electrical componentsSchneider, protection level meet IP65; electrical box is equipped with a wireless remote control handle,remote control distance is more than 200 meters,easy to operate; the start/stop and running time of centralized lubrication system controlled by the program automatically, effectively extending the service life of rotating parts.

5. The pumping system adopts a quick change piston function; two ways of working: low pressure large displacement and high pressure small displacement.

6. Hopper flip structure is ease to repair; the sealing structure of mixing device avoid slurry leakage; reasonable structure of mixing blade adapt to a variety of mixed concrete.

7.Main sealing elements from PARKER prevent the internal and external leakage of hydraulic system.
