1.Total volume:650L

Working volume:500L

Jacket pressure:0.3MPa

Structure: Top is linking with standard oval-shaped sealer and flange.

Bottom is linking with standard ellipse type sealer and body of tank; with

jacket and keep warm, three layer structures.

2 .All contact parts are made ofSUS316Lstainless steel material

demonstration. Mirror polish of the internal layer is 300MESH(sanitary class).

Thickness of the material: 6mm.

3 .Material of jacket:SUS 304stainless steel. Thickness of material:5mm.

Between the internal layer and external layer, it can be heated and cooled,

with a leading line, can be heated or cooled by steam and cooled water.

4 .The thermal insulating layer is made of rock wool or polyurethane foaming

to keep warm.When jacket was heated, the temperature of the external body

of the tank is no more than 40°C. The external layer of the tank body is

made of SUS304 stainless steel.Exterior polished is in 350MESH (sanitary

class).Thickness of the material: 3mm.All the welding seams shall be

polished after rubdown, and as to the treatment interface, turned over edge aretransition is adopted.

5.Slow-speed mixer:

Power of frame scraping mixer (clockwise): 2.2KW, 0-45r/min frequency.

The material of scraper is made of asepsis PTEF material. The structure of

the scraper is flexible so as it can be easily removed by people with no tool,and also it can keep the scraper next to the side with material in the tank.

5.Top sealing head attatched: liquid inlet Φ38mm (equiped with sanitary grade butterfly valve and stailness steel pipe filter), vacuum hole Φ25mm, compressed air inlet Φ20mm,vacuum breaking hole Φ38mm( equiped with 0.22μm dust-proof aspetic breather),sight glass with light DN100mm (the glass adopts stalinite

with thickness of 10mm), one CIP cleaning ball Φ25mm, particle inletΦ38mm(with cover) ,sanitary grade diaphragm style pressure guage and pressure sensor switch.

6. Bottom attached: material outlet Φ50mm ( equiped with sanitary grade pneumatic

bottom valve),PT100 temperature senor(0-150°C).

7.High shear vortex emulsify mixer: 5.5KW, 0-3500r/min ( variable frequency control).

8.Slow speed wall scraping stirring:

frame style wall scraping stirring (clockwise): 2.2 KW, 0-45r/min, variable frequency control. The material of scraper is made of asepsis PTEF . The scraper is easily removed by people without tools. Middle stirrer (anti-clockwise) and frame style wall scraper adopt the same reducer.
