5 gallons liquid washing-fiiling-capping machinery

Description of the machine

This filling line specifically produces 5 gallon barreled drinking water. It integrates bottle washer, filler and sealer into one unit. In order to achieve the purpose of multiple injections of washing and sterilizing by means of liquid washing and bleaching are used in bottle washer, washing solution can be used circularly. The sealer can seal barrel caps automatically. It is a new kind of barreled water auto producing line, which integrates mechanism, electricity and pneumatic technologies together

Characteristics

1). There is 11steps during the washing process:

1&2--hot alkali washing

3----dripping

4&5--disinfection liquid

6----dripping

7&8--washing by recycled water

9-----dripping

10&11pure water washing

2).The machine has four SS304 water tank

3.)The around of the machine is sealed which used for reducing some dust and keep the water clean.
