Usage:

It can bake different series of cake, mooncake, toast, various bread,hamburger,crisp cake,yolk pie, biscuits ,puff, all meats,seafood dry etc.

Baking Features:

Trolley type baking, whole trolley propulsion launching,save time and labour. Food colour and lustre is consistent and taste good.

Performance feature:

1.Special air duct design ensures sufficient convection and even distribution of furnace temperature , and five stage adjustable vents also accommodate the special requirements of baking quality to different food and different seasons.

2.Automatic exhaust fan would suck heat when open the door to prevent wounding or affect operation.

3.Ramp outside can be automatical lifting along with door opening and closing, both in and out of trolley and sealing insulation.
