Disc stack centrifuge from Huading Separator in 3 phase design, the CMTD series are special designed for Chemical process.

This 3 phase centrifuge have been designed for chemical products. The product is fed into the machine through a closed-line system.Two centripetal pump discharges the heavy and light phases in a closed system.

The separator is equipped with a solid-wall bowl for liquid-liquid separation with little or no solids.

-Special materials:
Special material cladding such as Incoloy 825, Titanium or Hastelloy are used to meet corrosion resistance
specifications. The bowl parts can made of super duplex material.

-Gasket

the gaskets are made of NBR, FKM, FFKM, EPDM .etc

-Super stainless steel

All parts that coming into contact with the process liquid are made of high-alloyed stainless steels

-Explosion-protected

The oxygen atmosphere in the separator is displaced with inert gas and the excess pressure is

maintained during operation to assure inert gas blanketing.
