Application

The 2TTDLS vibrating screen, double-layer and tri-axle elliptical Uniform thickness, is our company’s latest developed large double-screening equipment. It has an advantage of large capacity, high efficiency, and reliability, designed for siftering and screening operations, particularly when the materials are bulk material. It has passed the identification from the Provincial Science and Technology, being our country’s first vibrating screen which has reached the international advanced level in major performance.

Structure Feature

On the screen box, vibrator is mounted on the middle of lateral panels so that the screen box is in good condition by force and has a long life. The distance between vibrator and screen surface is fully applicable to the screening of various materials. It is convenient for vibrator maintenance and repair which will reduce the downtime.

The design of the sieve box follows screening with constant bed thickness and adopts three different stage for screen slopes. The three stages of screen slopes reduce in turn from the feeding-end to exit-end which makes the drivers of material layer in each segment of the screen surface thickness approximately equal.

The screen is designed by the form of tri-axle mechanical drive synchronous excitation principle.

The screen box does the elliptical trajectory under the exciting force of the vibrator.

Materials obtain energy from the vibrating screen surface for the tossing movement.

The elliptic thick screening is good to forward transport, layering, and transiting for the screening materials in the sieve surface, so that it has larger amount of processing and higher screening efficiency than the

circular vibrating screen and linear shaker.

In other words, elliptical thick screen holds the smaller screening area and saves more investment when there exists the same amount of processing and the same screening efficiency.

Vibrator, adopting the mechanical synchronization from the synchronizer, not only receives stable vibration parameters for the shaker but also adjusts the direction of vibration angle on-site and the elliptical trajectory, the short axis of the long axis and short axis ratio of the length.
