Application of Charcoal Making machine

This Charcoal Making Machine can take sawdust, wood, rice husk, coconut shell & other woody material into briquette, which can be used in boiler, heating & warming. After carbonization, the briquette will become charcoal, used in BBQ.

Working Principle of Charcoal Making machine

Briquetting is a process that biomass is compressed under high pressure and high temperature.

The self bonding of biomass to form a briquette involves the thermo-plastic flow of the biomass. The lignin content that occurs naturally in biomass is liberated under high pressure and temperature. Lignin serves as the glue in the briquetting process, thus binding, compressing the biomass to form into high density briquettes.

During this process, no binder needs to be used. So the output briquette is a type of clean and green fuel that is ideal for use in furnaces, boilers and open fires.

The process for producing briquette:

1. Crushing the raw materials into sizeno bigger than 5mm.

(wood, wood branch, coconut shell, peanut shell, rice husk, sunflower husk).

2. Dry the crushedmaterials to 8-12%.

3. Pressing to raw material into briquette by putting the dried materials into briquette machine.

4. The shape of briquette can be round, square, hexagonal.

Notice:

The electrical motor is 380v, 50 Hz, 3 phase power, it is Chinese standard.

If you have different electricity requirements on the machines, we can change for you. But you should pay the extra cost of electricity special requirements.

Also we could supply pellet mill with diesel if need.
