1. Brief introduction of LBLX-300 granulating &coating machine.

This machine is made up ofmachine frame, host machine, controlling case, powder supplier, slurry sprayer, blast& heating equipment, air compressor system, ventilation equipment and so forth.

Host machine:It is the general operation chamber, which makes powder to master batches, batches enlargement and coating into realistic.

Controlling case:To control the position and operation of each element.

Powder supplier:To supply powder uniformly and meet different demands for powder by means of changing rotation speed.

Slurry sprayer:To provide slurry into spray gun (to be started and stopped by compressing air), which can atomize the slurry into vapor (be in this state by spraying compressive air). It is very important in these three main functions, namely powder to master batches, batches enlargement and coating.

Blast & heating equipment:To put the air into working chamber, and then form a wind curtain through circumferential gap, which can prevent the powder from dropping into the lower cylinder at the time of powder to master batches, batches enlargement, in the meantime, also can dry the granules; To dry with hot wind when coating so as to take away the moisture and waste gas in the granules and speed up the whole procedure of coating.

Air compressor system:To provide the function of atomizing with spray gun to achieve the necessary momentum.

Ventilation equipment:To discharge the waste gas produced in the course of granulating & coating (with extremely little powder) from the working chamber. The speed of coating will be increased with the increasing velocity of circulation when coating.
