We have experienced in ABS luggage sheet machines and PC luggage sheet machines. Normally, the PC luggage sheets are of 3 layers: Cystalization layer( virgin material) - color layer(virgin material) - base layer( used material); Some clinets also make sheet with ABS layer+ PC layer. Some products is ABS sheet laminated with PC film.

For the 3 layer PC sheet machine, Normally, we have 2 types of this kind of machines: one is horeizon type calander-roll system; the other adopts vertical style calander roll system. The second type is more porpular in this field.

One set of luggage contains 3 pieces of luggages: 20 inch, 24inch, 28 inch. The PC parts weight about 5.2Kg. Supposed the material cost is about USD3.4/kg(virgin PC material price); The cost of PC material is USD17.68. Normally for the good company who use good PC, their cost is about 55~60USD/SET OF LUGGAGE. Now, one piece of luggage sells about at least USD150 in chain store. of course, different brand different piece, some is more expensive.
