Introduction Of Dry Mortar:

The full automatic dry mortar production line is designed like a tower, includes raw materials drying, sieving, materials storage, metering, mixing and packing, etc.

Conveying, storing of bulk raw materials:

Depanding on the product parcel size and bulk density, we use differential conveying methods to bring materials up to the top of the tower. Implements like link joint bucket elevators can be used for bulk materials with big parcel size and bulk density. Pneumatic conveying systems are preferred for materials with small parcel size and good fluidity. Bag discharge are available when the raw materials are in bages. The raw materials are kept in seqmented silos, which can assist in creating a compact plant layout. The raw materials are dosed accurately by different dosing methods depending on product characteristics. Screw and macro-magnetic conveyances as well as a series of valves are used to ensure precise dosing. We also use ultra-fine dosing methods for high precision needs.

Weighing and mixing

We have single, twin and multiple hoppers avaliable to satisfy the need for weighing accuracy and capacity. We use gravity ploughshare mixers that are specially designed to meet customers' demands for the fast, precision mixing of components with wide rangng proportions, densities, structures and flow characteristics. The mixer discharge materials quickly and simply, with no difficult to clean dead spots.

Delivery of the products:

Valve packers, open-mouth packers, conveyors and pelletizing devices can all be connected and integrated in accord with specfic market needs. Adopt the PLC control system, and system is stable and reliable. Use special instrumentation and intelligent control system, the error of the ingredients can be accumuentation and automatically correct. Environmental friendly:

1.To solve the dust product during the dry powder mortar production, different dedusting systems are a dopts in different positions. The dedusting system of the drying equipment adopts the pulsed jet cloth filter, the powder collected can be recycled, realizing zero release.High efficient screening system. Different screening machines are adopted in different steps, which can effectively improve the energy utilization and screening efficiency.

2.The raw sand can be sent into the drying equipment only after separating the large aggregate by the trommel screen. Itcan effectively reduce the failure rate of the drying equipment and improve the energy utilization.

3.After separating the materials over criteria by the vibrating screen, the dry sand will be lifted to the top of the silo by the bucket elevator, hen process the sand by the vibrating classification screen, ensuring the strict grading of the mortar.
