Ring die feed pellet mill working principle.

Firstly, the material is transferred into the conditioner by the moveable screw feeder.

Then the conditioner can make different materials fully mixed.

What’s more, it can adjust the raw material moisture to ensure goodquality pellets.

Then the suitable raw material is sent to pelletizing chamber. When the roller is moving in the pelletizing chamber,

it makes the raw material inletting the holes of ring die and form the pellets.

Several paring knives cut the pellets to size as they are extruded from the drum,

after which they fall through the bottom discharge chute into a container ready for use.

Ring die feed pellet mill for making wood pellets applies for raw material like wood waste or agricultural waste, such as corn/wheat/rice straw, coffee/peanut shell, etc.

The output pellets are used as fuels in electricity-generating and water –heating in power plant etc.

When there is need for mixture of different materials, the conditioner can mix them thoroughly.

As the material like wood sawdust, corn/wheat/rice straw is very light, so they are needed to be pushed into pelletizing chamber by force.

Imperative feeder device is just playing a role like this, making the machine operate smoothly, and therefore leading a high efficiency working rate.

Pelletizing is the process of making waste materials into solid fuel/ animal feed. The objects are used for burning purposes and feeding the animals.

The main factors to choose suitable machine as follows:

The requirement of the raw material:

IF your raw material is straw, wood-dust, bamboo powder, cotton wood, peanuts shell, clover, etc. You can make the pellets as fuel.

If your raw material is corn, soybean peanut Sheller, corn stalk and other biomass materials,

you can make the pellets to feed the animals.

But the diameter of raw material should be smaller than 3-5mm, if not, you will need a crusher machine.
And the moisture should be 15-20%, if not, you will need a dryer machine or add water.
The final size can be Dia. 1.5mm, 2mm, 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 15mm etc.

We have two types of the pellet making machine, flat die type and ring die type, and the output can be
