6.The installation and debug ofdust collector

1. the installation

DMAC pulse dust collector arrangement in the following order:

1 filter based on 2 the bottom of the steel structure 3 hopper and box 4 on the box 5 conveying system 6 cleaning device and the gas bag 7 electronic control system 8 bag

2. The installation notes:

1 for easy to transport,the equipment are the disintegration for shipment.Please read the instruction manual before installation,check the goods according to packing list and do warehouse work.If you have any questions,please contact with our company.

2 Before the equipment installation,you need to check and proofread the foundation,when the foundation is OK,then start to install.The installation should be strictly in accordance with the drawing and installation procedures.When install,you need to check whether the bag cage deformation and damage.

3 When lifting equipment ,you should pay attention to prevent deformation,the key parts of the equipment welded lug when the machine left our factory.

4 When installation of the filter bag,you should be assure that the filter bag keep distance with sharp edge,to avoid scratching the bag.

5 Before commissioning,you need to inspection the drive system,lubrication of the rotating part to ensure the flexible operation.

3.Debug

1 Blowing compressed air pressure should be maintain at 5-7kg/cm

2 The unit load operation debugging,require some operating normally.

3 For equipment with a load operation debugging,require some operating normal.
