Step 3,Put the dough into thedough divider machine. Then divide it into 36pcs equally.

Step 4,Put the split 36pcs dough into thebaguette moulder, this machine can shape the dough into the baguette shape.

Step 5,Put the shaped dough into the baguette pan, then put the pans on the baking trolley, then put them into theprover room for 40mins.

Step 6,Final, put the baking trolley into therotary ovento bake for about 30 minutes.
