Introduction ofHigh frequency screen :

High frequency screen is an effective equipment of fine grained material sieving classification with high efficiency, small amplitude and high frequency, widely used in iron ore, tin, tungsten, tantalum, niobium ore dressing plant of screening or classification work.

Features of High frequency screen:

1.It uses eccentric block to produce strong exciting force.

2.Crossbeam and the main body of the screen are connected with high strength screw bolts. So they have the features of simple structure and easy maintenance.

3.It adopts tire coupling with capability of flexible connection and stable operation.

Appliction ofHigh frequency screen :

This series of product is especially designed for screening squared stone of the quarry, and it can be also used for grading of products in the fields of coal dressing, mineral processing, building materials, electricity and chemical industry. Multi-layer screen is optional to meet the screening needs of materials with different sizes.

Working Principle ofHigh frequency screen :
Vibrating Screen moves round .It has multilayers and is of high efficiency. The eccentric shaft vibration exciter and partial block help to adjust amplitude. The material drops down along the long line.
In screen grading, the material is separated mechanically on screen plates. Rolling bearings in vibrating screen are stressed by high, mostly shocktype loads. Moreover, the bearings, while rotating about their own axis, perform a circular, elliptical or linear vibrating motion.

This results in high radial accelerations which additionally stress the bearings, and especially the cages, considerably. The operating speeds of the vibrating screen are usually very high.

As a result, the bearing temperatures are up to 20 to 30 degrees Kelvin higher than in normal applications. In addition, considerable misalignments between the bearing locations and considerable shaft deflections have to be accommodated.
